The clear modern style of this design aligns itself with the modern taste and trend with a façade that is divided by colour. Spaces of black and white divide the residential space between the left and the right families. However, the use of a unified colour in the middle play to improver an overall visual effect. The curved balcony illustrates softness in the most forward way, dissolving the rigidity of the overall design. The light colour of the timber detailing on the balcony not only creates a dance of light and shadow on the balcony but also corresponds the further enhance the linear lines of the dark exterior wall, bringing forth an interaction of rhythm.
