MONEY CHASE

Money Chase stores have always been known for its professional and transparent services. The main tone of the design was underscored by the owners own branding, with a bright material and colour palette that emphasises a radiant and transparent atmosphere. The combination of an open sight line to the office area and counter, creates a visual transparency into the internal service and operation areas, further reflecting the concept of ‘an exchange in trust’ between the brand and its customers.

Due to the limited space size, after planning the managers office, back area, office area and counter, the remaining area for the client’s lounge and customer service areas are relatively narrow. As such, lifted ceilings and gloss finishes were incorporated to visually widen the space for a more open and lifted feel, ensuring a good atmosphere as well as an elevated customer service experience.
